    A special letter to my first grade students!
     
     
     

    Dear First Graders,

     
    I am very excited to have you in my first grade class this year!   You already know  "Edgewood School is the finest place to be!"  We will have a fantastic year together!                                                                                                                                                                                              
    On the first day of school I will be waiting for you in room four with a friendly smile.  We will spend the first day of school getting to know each other. You will be dismissed at 3:00 onto the courtyard blacktop from the back door of the classroom.  Please remember to bring a small healthy snack and a non-spill water bottle labeled with your name each and every day of school.  You may bring your school supplies on our first or second day of school.  Be sure not to forget your smile!  First grade promises to be a thrilling experience!
