Dear Parents,

     We are off to a great start! As the summer comes to an end and we begin the 2019-2020 school year, class 3-T is learning so many new things. We are getting adjusted to our new classmates along with learning place value, multi-digit addition and subtraction in math. We are working towards reading with stamina and discovering our reading goals for the year. In addition to reading our writing will take on a new shape, beginning with our Crafting True Stories writing unit where the students will create stories that will redefine them as writers. In Science the students will be growing their very own plants in our plant unit. Lastly, we are establishing class routines that build community, love of learning and independence.  Stay tuned for more Class 3-T news.
