Welcome to my teacher page! I am thrilled to be the Reading Teacher at Quaker Ridge School. The reading program is intended to provide supplemental reading support in addition to the regular instruction my students receive in their classrooms. When students work with me, they can expect to read books, poems and plays, study words, learn phonics rules, reading strategies, write about reading, and play lots of games, too. My goal is to help my students improve their reading skills and their confidence in their reading abilities, all while fostering the development of a lifelong love of reading.
