     Final Sale!  Final Sale
After many early morning and lunch planning and manufacturing sessions, 5-L students completed the selling phase of the Global Enterprise Challenge this past week.  Students were well prepared for their last two days of sales with a lot of handmade merchandise, student created commercials running in the school common areas, and advertising posters throughout the building.  Thanks to the consumer interest of the Fox Meadow student community, 5-L student companies will offer healthy competition to their global teammates and competitors. Dragon's Den Presentations Take Center Stage
Student groups presented their business plans and redesigned prototypes to Fox Meadow teachers along with Science Helping Teacher, Jen Kiley, and Principal Wilson in the Dragon's Den (AKA Shark Tank).  Their presentations included financial reports and analysis including cost of manufacturing, market reaction, and sales forecasts. Groups shared feedback from their market research as it related to product revaluation and manufacturing. Dragons in turn gave reaction to student business plans, product design, and potential market success.
